Confirmed bookings may be cancelled with intimation in writing reaches the company as per the following terms:
14 days prior to check-in: No cancellation charges. A Credit Voucher or refund will be issued for 100% of the full booking amount.
Between 1 to 14 days of check-in: Cancellation charges equal to 20% of the full booking amount. A Credit Voucher or refund will be issued for the balance 80%.
Within 24 hours of check-in: Cancellation charges equal to 100% of the full booking amount will be applicable.
